We have worked with Soapworks since 2020, through very difficult times including Covid. They are a trusted partner for us and we have worked closely with them for many years. The main reasons for this include the high quality of the product which has helped us acquire and retain a loyal customer base, their technical expertise and innovation which has allowed us to incorporate upcycled ingredients in the formulation in addition to excellent communication and reliability which means that even when we are seeing cost pressures in ingredient costs, they have worked closely with us to try to mitigate these through alternative suppliers.
