In November, the President of Colombia, Iván Duque, Colombian Ambassador in the UK, Antonia Jose Ardila and Colin Martin-Reynolds, Colombian Ambassador for the UK visited the Glasgow headquarters of Soapworks. President Duque was in Glasgow for the COP26 Climate Summit, and visited Soapworks to celebrate the company’s strong links with Colombia, its investment in sustainable manufacturing and use of certified sustainable Colombian palm oil.

COP26 – The 26th UN Climate Change Summit, is being held in our home city of Glasgow this November. The summit will bring countries from across the world together, to help accelerate the actions needed to tackle climate change. At Soapworks, we believe that if these goals are going to be achieved, every business needs to play its part.

Each year we look forward to Pantone announcing their ‘Colour of the Year’ and this year did not disappoint. For 2021 there was not one but two colours revealed as this year’s shades – ‘Ultimate Grey’ and ‘Illuminating Yellow’. Find out more about the importance of colour to Soapworks.
