Quality is of the utmost importance to us here at Soapworks and at the forefront of all we do. Leading up this core mission for the past 12 years – with an unwavering level of expertise and passion – is our Quality Manager, Claire. Ensuring all quality activities are adhered to, Claire and her team only allow the best of the best to leave our factory. Nurturing the future talent of the industry, Claire also led the successful coordination of a KTP project in collaboration with the University of Glasgow. Claire’s kept busy outside of Soapworks with her whippet, Oscar, wild swimming or researching family history.
